This narrative series aims to define the zeitgeist of social isolation present during the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. These photos take inspiration from Duane Michal's photography. He created sequences of images that explore intangible human dilemmas whilst also writing in the margins of his prints to challenge the constraints of still photographs. I too wanted to take on the limitations that come with capturing a moment in time. I utilize elements of photography and dispersion to communicate a story of isolation and loneliness in order to do my part to keep myself and others safe from this contagious virus.
